Because these weddings were held in shul (and the Brides and Grooms are only seen  momentarily if at all) and the videos were already offered for public consumption, I am treating this footage as an historical document and presenting it again to the Kehilla family.

A ribbon is cut and the community dances the Torah scrolls into the new Beis Medrash.
